My brother David took his young daughter on her very first camping trip a few weeks ago, and he was wise and kind enough to bring along his DV camcorder so that he could get some shots of her enjoying her first time in the woods and her very first camping trip. He sent me some of the DV camcorder footage the other day via a web link to his social networking account, and it is some pretty darn cute film. You should see how wide her eyes went when he took her out on a boat to go fishing for the first time; the DV camcorder caught plenty of glees, wooing and smiles from his baby girl. I think that if I recall properly, it has been played over a hundred times already. That just tells you how many friends and family, like me, were waiting to get their eyes on it!
